Appointments

A credit card will be required to secure all appointments.

Please do not bring guests with you to your appointment. This includes spouses, friends or children. Our salon is not designed to accommodate more people than are scheduled to receive services. Only parents with minor children receiving services will be permitted to remain in the salon.

If you arrive to your appointment with wet hair you will be charged an additional $15.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do so 24 hours before your appointment time. If an appointment is not cancelled 24 hours before the appointment time or if a no show occurs, you will be charged the full deposit fee.

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call the salon or log on to our online booking. Emails and texts will not be accepted.

Damaged Hair

If you have hair that has been damaged due to relaxer, texturizer, keratin treatment, color, heat, extensions or braids, we will do all that we can to help you transition into healthy hair. We are here to help! Please be patient and understand that it can take several visits and haircuts to reach your hair goals.

Return Policy

We do not accept opened or used products.

All services are non-refundable. If you have an issue with your service please let us know within 72 hours and we will attempt to rectify the situation.

Food

Foods and beverages are not allowed in the salon.

Covid 19- Policies

  • A mask must be worn at all times in the salon.
  • Hands must be washed upon entering the salon.
  • No walk-ins allowed.
  • If someone at home has a temperature, you must reschedule. Please come in only at your scheduled appointment time.
  • No extra guests allowed. All children most be old enough to be dropped off and picked up.
